JANUARY: Wilkes-Barre Railway Corporation No. 356 poses on Northampton Street in the
Georgetown section of Wilkes-Barre near the CNJ crossing before returning to Hanover

FEBRUARY: Norfolk Southern No. 1071 painted in the Central Railroad of New Jersey Heritage scheme passes the former DL&W La Plume station in March, 2021. [color]
MARCH: Scranton Transit Co. No. 403, operating on the Petersburg line, proceeds inbound toward downtown Scranton in this 1950’s photo.
APRIL: Delaware & Hudson bicentennial unit No. 1976 leads a passenger extra northbound past the Thompson, PA station in March, 1977. [b&w] (photo sampled below)
MAY: Four Lehigh Valley locomotives. an RS-11, an EMD F-B unit, a GP-18. and an SW-8 pull a local eastbound in Coxton Yard in this 1950’s photo. [color]
JUNE: Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley car No. 31 discharges and take on passengers at the
South Scranton station in a 1952. [color]
JULY: Erie Lackawanna SD-45 No. 803 and U33C No 3305 leading BS-4 pose with two SD-45’s led by No. 3645 with train NY -100 near Cayuga on the EL main in Scranton on September, 28,1975 [color] (photo sampled below)
AUGUST: DL&W F-3 A-B-A set with RS-11 No. 913 pull a train on the D&H in Dupont in September, 1955. The train is detouring via the CNJ from Phillipsburg due to damage from
Hurricane Diane. [color]
SEPTEMBER: Three Canadian Pacific locomotives pose at Hudson Yard, one painted in the historic maroon and gray scheme with beaver on the nose, and the other in traditional red with white letters [color]
OCTOBER: Wilkes-Barre and Hazleton locomotive No. 400, used to pull freight traffic on this all electric line, poses on the property after being acquired somewhere around 1912.

EXTRA 1: Stourbridge Line BL-2 No. 54 leads a collection of cabooses and passenger coaches on a Lackawanna and Wyoming Valley RHS excursion on June 10. 2017. [color]
EXTRA 2: Employees of the Vulcan Locomotive Works in Wilkes-Barre pose in 1948 with a steam engine they produced for the State Railways of the Republic of Turkey .
